Derrick Details gift cards are available in whole dollar amounts, can be purchased online and be sent directly to the recipient.
When using Derrick Details gift cards online, they can be used as one of two forms a payment; ensuring that it can be applied to pay all or part of an order.
Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number. At that time will begin processing your order and preparing it to be shipped. This typically takes between 24-48 hours, however, made to order or items not in our inventory can take up to 5 business days.
When the item(s) in your order have been shipped, you will receive another email notifying you of the changes in order status as well as the tracking number(s). When your order arrives, you will receive one last email notifying your item(s) has been delivered. Again, please note that you may receive multiple emails as your items may arrive at different times.
We currently ship within Canada and US. International ordering is currently not available.
We are happy to provide free shipping for orders over $100.00 CAD.
Any orders below that amount before applicable taxes will be subject to a shipping charge based on where the items are being delivered and how quickly you have requested it to arrive.

You can track your order from the time it is placed to delivery. The My Account section of our website, has your order history and will show your order status. You can access this information by also clicking on the "View Order" button in your order confirmation email.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will recieve tracking number(s) via email. Use this link to track your delivery.
Our inventory is updated weekly, however, very rarely, during order processing, we realize an item is out of stock.
In this case, we will try and get new inventory and notify you of the delay or refund your payment if that cannot be done.
If you have recieved an email stating that all of the items in your order have been delivered, yet you are missing an item.
Please contact us via email at email@example.com stating your order confirmation number and indicating which item is missing.
We will get back to you within 48 hours to resolve the issue.
