1. What are your store hours?
Our store is open Wednesday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays from 10 AM to 3 PM. We’re closed on Sundays through Tuesday, unless you have an appointment.
2. Do I need to make an appointment to visit the showroom?
No appointment is needed! Feel free to drop by during our regular hours. However, if you’re looking for a personalized consultation, we recommend booking an appointment for a one-on-one experience.
3. Can I purchase items online and pick them up in-store?
Yes! When you make a purchase online, you’ll have the option to select in-store pickup at checkout.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order through your account on our website.
5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of purchase for most items. Please ensure the item is in its original condition. Custom orders and final sale items are non-returnable. For more details, visit our Return Policy page.
6. Do you offer design services?
