Simon Appel is a Stockholm-based Swedish design director and animator working with animation and print. Simon's bold graphic style of simple shapes in complementary colours is timeless and easily recognisable.

The shapes in the motif have irregular edges to give life to the otherwise perfectly geometric forms and create the imperfect style of a screen-print.
